2010 HAND READER ENROLLMENT DATES
**Please remember, you only need to enroll ONCE. If you have already had your hand scanned, there is no need for you to do this again. You're done!**

These will be the ONLY enrollment dates for 2010. If these dates will not work for you, please contact the pool committee at the email address below to make an alternate arrangement in advance.

Access to the pool is granted via a hand scanner. Each resident over the age of 16 will need to be enrolled. This is a very easy and one time procedure that is done at the clubhouse. Enrollment days will be held in early May. If you're new to the neighborhood and move in during pool season, contact the pool committee at pool@theparksofdeercreek.net to set up an enrollment time.
Our pool is also a WiFi hot spot! A secure Internet connection is available for patrons of the pool and clubhouse. The access key will be posted on the shadow board above the water fountains and will be rotated on a random basis. Remember, use of the network is done at your own risk. You are responsible for the security of your laptop or wireless device. The HOA is also not responsible for damaged or stolen equipment. BE RESPONSIBLE!
Some quick Frequently Asked Questions and Concerns:
1. Only residents current on their HOA assessment will have access to the pool.
2. 2 guests per resident attending the pool are allowed. Residents are responsible for their guests! If the resident leaves the pool, the guest must leave as well.
3. Clubhouse reservations DO NOT include the pool access.
4. There will be 2 Life Guards on staff during all pool hours. LIFE GUARDS HAVE THE FINAL WORD.
5. Proper swim attire is required. Anything else will not be permitted. (example: no cut off shorts)
