Location: 400 W. Clover Park Dr.
Hours: Available everyday from 8am-11pm
Opens : Everyday
Closes : Holidays
Costs: Refundable $200 Security Deposit
Welcome to the Parks of Deer Creek Clubhouse!
Reserving the clubhouse is available to all residents current on their HOA assessments.
The reservation process is easy and can be done in one of two ways.
1. Click the reservationis link to the left and follow the instructions. With in just a few clicks, you're event will be pending on the calendar!
2. Contact Mendy Howard at 469-384-2088x111 at Lone Star Management to do it the old fashioned way.
Fequently Asked Questions and Concerns:
1. Reservatons must be made at least 2 weeks in advance
2. Reservations are not permitted on holidays or holiday weekends.
3. Reserving the clubhouse does NOT include pool access.
4. Reservations are only available in 5 hours blocks.
